and so ive been attending calligraphy classes by gaye godfrey, an amazing calligrapher who's standard is so high, i may not live long enough to reach.

classes are quite informal. lots of writing, frustration, occasional temper-throwing, but can otherwise be quite therapeutic.

it happened as i was on my way out of stamp-it, after my meeting with susan. i passed by a shelf of new rubber stamps which was not there before. as i did, i realised a few looked really familiar, only to recall DESIGNING them a few months ago!

and so my designs are out, and retailing for AUD16.95 each.

nothing says 'ultimate designer' better than when people who barely know you (ie your printers) tell you they think your business card really suits you.

received my very first business-related email today! from an australian lady working in england, and trying or organize her wedding from there. fingers crossed!
